Garon's Arrangement Featured on College A cappella CD
In the first few months of 2010 Garon went to spend some time out at Southern Virginia University with his older brother Brydon. While there he worked with The Fading Point, a student run a cappella group that Brydon was performing in and presiding over. Garon left his mark on the group by sharing with them a beautiful arrangement of "Come Thou Fount" that he had put together. This was his very first attempt at arranging, and of which his family said it "totally blew us away, and [we] know there’s lots more where that came from." His arrangement has since become a favorite and a staple song of The Fading Point long after both Garon and Brydon have moved on. The group just released their first CD which includes arrangements of "Ain't No Sunshine," "Break Even," Amazing Grace," "Waitin' On The World To Change," and of course "Come Thou Fount." The CD is now featured on many sites where music is available, such as iTunes or Rhapsody.
